Balanced Gentle Flow focused on breath work, meditation, balance, and strength. For any and every level, even if you have never done yoga, this class is a great way to start.
The class is one hour long. These are "drop-in" classes and registration is not required.

"Movements for Life" designed for Older Women:
low to medium dance moves that combines traditional aerobic floor exercises with yoga to strengthen the core. Moves include walking in place; arm lifting and rotation; toe, heal and leg lifting; leg kicking; and waist and hip twisting. Major moves focus on controlling chronic pain and stiffness in shoulders, lower back and hips. All moves focus on building strength and balance.
